The staff is unqualified, they refer to their staff as nursing staff and even have a nursing office but none of the staff are nurses some of the staff are personal support workers which are not qualified to give medication or needles. This place has a cook but the cook is just a regular person they never went to school for cooking and are not dietitians (the cook has been seen dropping food then putting it back in the pan , that is nasty). The staff don't change briefs if the resident is solid and call bells go unanswered. Please stay away.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
