Green Hart Farms

Green Hart Farms is a small, family operated farm just outside New Hamburg Ontario (Canada) We help to supply surrounding communities with quality, sustainably produced fresh vegetables, pork, and chicken. In the spring, our products range from tender, young beets and carrots to shoots and salad mixes. Later on, in the summer, we have a wide selection of produce including collards, tomatoes, sweet corn, eggplant, carrots, beans, and groundcherries to name a few. As the leaves drop from the trees and thoughts turn to thanksgiving feasts , our salad greens still grow, and our beets and late plantings of other garden goodies are given protection from the colder weather. If we sell it, we either grow it ourselves or source it from another local farmer.
