By Jay from TorontoSTAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!Left my laptop for diagnostics on Thu, was told to call on Fri. Called on Fri, was told laptop was diagnosed, motherboard repairable and the cost. Due to long weekend repair to start on Tue and callback on Wed or Thu. Today is Wed and called, was told laptop is ready for pickup and fixed. When my wife got there she was told not ready. They called me back and said looking into each component, hence it was not diagnosed to begin with. Later called me again and said laptop is NOT repairable. Amazing, waste of time and energy. This shop is a scam giving me a cost quote without even knowing what's going on. They DO NOT know what they're doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
