    Went to Food Basics and asked a cashier to call a cab for me around 1:10 pm. Cabbie arrived and confirmed he was picking me up. I went back to my cart to get out 2 bags, which go into the backseat with me, and I notice the cabbie talking to another cabbie some feet away. I looked at the trunk and it was closed so I loaded the rest of my bags on the seat. So basically he left everything up to me to organize and all he had to do was drive the car. Cabbie took almost 2 minutes to get to the car after I got comfortable. He looks back and says 'Oh you took your bags inside?" I told him that the trunk wasn't open, he said it was, I said it didn't look so and besides, I can't open the trunk lid by myself anyway because of my rheumatoid arthritis. He acts like I just told him that I had a broken nail and that's that. He couldn't have known from looking at me that I have that disease and I don't require sympathy for my condition, but this was his opportunity to do better at the end of the trip. I was going to give him a chance to be a human but he didn't even attempt to be considerate when the car reached my brother's place. He took my money and I asked if he could unlock the door for me, which he did, but he didn't offer to take my bags and he let me carry the bags to my door. THIS is the reason I NEVER call Abouttown Cabs because its drivers are not always customer service oriented. I called the office to complain and was given a number where I had to leave a voicemail. We'll see if and when I get a call from the company. I rated this trip 2 stars because I didn't have to wait long for my pickup and I safely reached my destination.
