By Huby from London ONWorst Service Ever!Every time I called for an update they could find one tool or the other but not both and made clear to me they never call customers until the tools are fixed so unless I called I would have heard nothing for 9+ weeks, keeping in mind these are not expensive tools but they are tools the very definition of something that should be repaired quickly as people like me depend on them and this poor service put back our home renovations by more then 2 months costing me more then the tools are worth. When I showed up after 9+ weeks of waiting and excuses the reciprocating saw was fixed ( dirty and tossed in a box ) but fixed. The miter saw was not fixed the broken parts were still laying in the box and to top it all off they replaced a part that did not need to be replaced, they had me wait weeks and weeks for a back ordered part that was not even the part that needed to be repaired. After two cuts with the reciprocating saw it broke again!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
