Just as an update on my previous review, the company has come up with a resolution to my complaint through the BBB. I still would not do business again, however I am satisfied now with the resolution.

Ryan told me that RS2000 will take care of all the paperwork. We wrote him a check and were told to expect a call by next week. Our check was cashed, no one called. I called their head office. After speaking with the receptionist who was unable to locate our file I went up to my filing cabinet to pull out our info. On the sign up that Ryan completed using our drivers licenses he spelt my last name incorrectly. I was transferred to John who I had to explain my situation to again. He apologized and gave me the phone number for the accountant. I called the accountant and left a message advising that a form hadn't come in yet and to ask if there was other information he needed. I received a callback the next day and he left me a message advising he did need the form and to call him again when it was in. The form came in, I called back and spoke to him this time and asked what to do about my spouses log books. I was then told by the accountant that he doesn't go through the logs, I have to go through the logs. I was very upset about this as the salesman had clearly told me that RS2000 takes care of all paperwork. The accountant didn't care. Ryan called again to advise he would come pick up the form. I spent hours going through all of my spouses logs. When Ryan arrived I told him I was very unhappy that I had to do hours of work. Ryan brushed off my concerns and said he would speak to the accountant to straighten things out. Infuriated, I said nothing else. I received a copy of our returns which were missing all of our medical receipts and some forms, although included some forms that were already completed the first day. I called the head office again and requested they return the missing paperwork and stated that I'd like to submit a complaint. The receptionist took my information and advised that John Seisland would return my call. The next day while I was out I did receive a call from John and he requested that I call him back. I am sick of phone tag.
