By DIANA from Hamilton(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)Don't buy your glasses here...They make mistakes but take your money and send you home, knowing you won't be able to see with them!!!I paid for bifocals and they made a mistake cutting the lenses. They KNEW they made an error yet they sent me home with them anyway, knowing fully well that I would be able to see in the distance only, and completely unable to read a newspaper or my computer screen. I went back 3 times to complain about this and each and every time the same girl kept telling me that "The fit just needs to be adjusted, they'll be fine now." Finally, on my 4th return visit, I was lucky enough to arrive while someone who knew what they were doing, was working. It took all of 2 minutes for Daniel to see that they had cut the lens incorrectly yet it had still been put into the frame, took my money and sent me on my way!!! I had returned 4 times and they knew all along that it was due to their own mistake. Unbelievable!!! Are they going to compensate me for the gasoline? Or my time and effort? Or all the inconvenience that they knowingly caused me??? What are you going to do about this, Megan Roque (manager)?No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
