    Cuts corners when doing paint job, paints eventually comes off!!
    They replaced a bumper for me with paint. 13 months later, the paint started flaking away, the size of loonie. When I went back, they said it was a defect in the bumper and they wanted more money to fix it. Upon investigation from 4 other body dealers, I was told that OTTAWA AUTO BODY, did not prep the bumper properly, which is why the paint is coming off with a regular hose. Dealt with the owner son, and he LIED about the work done. He kept saying it is a defect in the bumper, but it is a defect in the way they painted it. They did not prepare the bumper properly, and refused to fix it. I know their prices are cheaper than others, but they do not do good work. Save your self the trouble. I also made the mistake of referring my neighbour to them. He ended up with the same problem. the paint is flaking away on his rear bumper, under the trunk. In this case, OTTAWA AUTO BODY shop is taking advantage of an elderly couple, which is NOT COOL! DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!.
