    Rebuttle of Dmitri's misleading review
    Dmitri's review is defaming and not entirely factual. I am the owner of Steer Rite, Jackson Freeman.I remember this customer quite well. Cried like a baby at his estimated cost but agreed and authorized it at the time. Everything was explained to this person before we did the work. We even tried to do one side at a time to reduce the cost to him but explained that when we change Camber on one side of the vehicle, quite often the other side changes. As promised we did one side at a time. Unfortunately he ended up needing both sides done, hence the extra day to get the parts and extra cost which was also fully explained to the customer. At the time he very much appreciated us trying to do only one side. Funny how things change after we did what was promised for the price that was promised. The customer also failed to include that his vehicle was "Branded" meaning that he could not license it for the road unless the alignment readings were PERFECT as outlined by the MTO in their governing legislation. So this customer claims these adjustments did not need to be done, in fact, as he well knew, it was a government requirement that all alignment readings fall within SPECIFICATION. He was told all of this before any work was done.He did not like it but he agreed. My good name and integrity are all I have in this world. We do not FUDGE numbers or readings. That is why we are called Steer Rite. 47 years in the business.

    Avoid at all cost!!
    Dishonest and rude service! Brought my vehicle in for a 4-wheel alignment after I was quoted at $90 on the phone. After checking the car out the owner of the shop Jack (Jackson) said the car need 1 eccentric bolt for a front wheel to adjust the specs, and as they will have to order them in, I will have to leave the car for a day. I agreed. Next day he called me saying the need to adjust the other front wheel as well, and that I will have to wait for another day. Ok. Said and done. When I come to pick the car up after 2 days of waiting, he presents me with a $400 bill!! STAY AWAY. This is a sleezy shop that takes advantage of good people. The owner is a liar and will go above and beyond to rip you off. Oh, by the way, the eccentric bolts were NOT necessary on that vehicle to begin with. AVOID AT ALL COST!
