M & E Engineering Ltd. (M & E) is an Employee owned consulting engineering firm practicing Engineering in Ontario for over 30 years. M & E Engineering is registered as a LEEDS Consultant with many of our staff accredited. The professional staff at M & E Engineering have been completing designs, problem investigation, and building condition assessments for over 30 years on hundreds of buildings for our clients in Ontario, across Canada, US, and in Europe. Clients are provided with specific and comprehensive services from Design, Building Condition Assessments, Feasibility Studies, Energy Studies, LEED Certification, System Reviews, and Building System Designs from concept design through to final commissioning of projects. Mechanical and Electrical designs have been prepared by the Professional Engineers at M & E Engineering for small and large projects for Universities, Commercial Buildings, Transportation, Community Centres, Industries, and Luxury Condominiums. M & E has completed designs for large condominium complexes, rental buildings, and small residential building. M & E has also designed mechanical and electrical systems in commercial buildings, retail complexes, and office towers, from retrofits for energy conservation to upgrades for equipment rejuvenation. M & E has completed boiler, chiller, domestic piping, emergency generator, and fire alarm replacement designs and modifications to other building systems. M & E has completed reviews ranging from Building Condition Assessments for pre-purchase inspections, re-finance, to general reviews for budget purposes and capital planning.
