When you leave the morning class you will feel energized and motivated. The morning class includes a breakfast protein shake! Next group class in offered at noon. This class will help to give you that burst of energy needed to help you stay awake and focused through out the mid afternoon slump. Two evening group classes are offered. These classes help to destress you from all the day's activities. All fitness levels work together in one class. We have heart rate fitness bands used in all fitness in or out of our gym to help you reach your goals. The heart rate bands give feed back in real time and all users are on an even playing field while training together. Fitness Zone Lethbridge also offers 24 hour gym access where you can work out in over 4000sq feet of space. A full weight room, cardio and plyometric equipment. At this gym you can also join classes for obstical race training.There are no sign up costs or hidden fees. You pay monthly or drop in. Classes are mostly timed exercises so you never feel left out.
