We have had many issues but the main one is that after 12 years we had to have the whole roof replaced at a cost of $18,000.00. He had used self-built trusses that cracked apart which caused the roof to cave. The whole roof had to be taken out and new Trusses/plywood/insulation and shingles had to be replaced. When I contacted him the only response I got was that he was going to sue me for slander. This is not the action of a person who has pride of workmanship. I have also heard of other similar stories.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
