By Mark Medgyesi from Victoria, BCCustomer ReviewWe hired Real Rock to install floor and shower tile in our master bathroom. After 3-4weeks the grout in the corners of the shower had cracked. It took Real Rock's owner 4 weeks to reply to our requests for a fix. Eventually a worker came and applied silicone in the shower corners. The silicone is a mess, smeared unevenly where a pro would have applied a smooth even bead. The owner has not responded to further requests to fix including calls from the Better Business Bureau. Stay away if you want professional quality work.-
