The company provides a quote and increases the amount daily while on the job. Completes extra jobs not asked to do then charges client for it. Employees fight on site during work. Company shows up with final outrageous bill under the influence of alchohol demanding payment. In the meantime, work not completed. Disputed bill then Ocean View Construction placed Builders' Lien on home. Since, we have spoken to other clients that have dealt with this company and they too have been held financially hostage.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
