I have a 2006 Saturn Ion that had 6km on it when I bought it. It now has 197, 000 kms on it. Ben Eagles and his other mechanic Marcel have treated me the very best over the years. There have been occasions when an issue wasn't their specialty and they sent me to someone more qualified. He takes care if his customers and other small business men in the comnunity. Totally recommend this business for your car repair needs and maintenance . ;)
Eagles Auto Repair has been recommended to me several years ago and I've been using their services since.
They do a great job and the customer service is very friendly and accommodating. On top of this, I know that they won't lie to me or charge more than necessary.
Always happy with work done at Eagles Auto Repair. They are honest hardworking folks who will always explain what's wrong and any options for repair/replacement. I particularly like how quick you can get in and out. Always a pleasure to deal with.
My wife brought our 1.5l echo hatch in for repairs and she was charged 5 and a half hours labor to replace front rotors, rear brake shoes and drums! They told us it took 5 hours to get the rear drums off. Now this is a full garage with a hoist and pneumatic wrenches. I know that a dried up rusty brake drum can be a pain but once you have decided to replace it anyway and you are not worried about damaging the drum any buddy with a ball peen hammer and some penetrating oil could get them off in an hour and thats being generous. Not to mention how easily they could have just cut the things off in 5 minutes with their acetylene torch. I went in the next day to see if it had been a mistake with the calculator or something but was told by Maurice, the owner that it did infact take him five hours to remove the rear brake drums. I used Eagle Auto about 9 years ago a few times and his daughter/receptionist and Ben the other mechanic were always very good to me so I don't know what happened this time? Feeling Cheated!
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
