And you know what bugs me out this place even though I come in on a weekly basis. The positive thing i'll give them is their cheap. Quality of service is down right horrible. 7 out of 10 times I come in there it's bad service. They rarely have egg salad wraps, sometimes they don't have wraps, they also not consistant with having chicken salad, or chilli. Even though it's what they are suppose to sell on a daily basis cause it's on their menu. And these items are not special or seasonal. Next they make me wait cause I'm a regular customer they have to opese the other customers who just come in cause their orders are a lot quicker to do than mine. And they scolded me as a customer for not lining up at the right designated area. Even though my brother was in line. They can assume I'm wrong as they were coming back of the restaurant. And today one of the guest service people did not ask who was in line first. And again cause I'm a regular assume that the other customer is first. What kind of a store never has product to sell. And discourages the customers that comes their on a daily basis to be ignored and treated different. I can go on and tell you what else they do. But it would be a book in itself. To sum up they have lack of staff, lack of keeping store stocked on what most people would want to buy, quality is very poor at times, and the customer service is bad, and plus they have one employee who smokes and does not wash her hands when serving food. Uses bare hands to touch wraps then puts on gloves. Half the food there is not fresh. They should have two people working on slow times no matter what. So this means they aren't giving breaks. When it's against the law not to. And lastly drive thru is a priority despite order of who comes in first!!! Which is wrong!!!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
