Avriel International Poor Customer Service and Representation
Avriel International mailed the wrong slippers to my wife. The owner said that they did not have the slippers she wanted but could order them. We returned the slippers and expected a refund or $59.00. He was to contact us when he had the correct slippers. This was in October 2018. After contacting the owner again he said the slippers were on order and he was not returning our money. He said they would ship the slippers the end of November or beginning of December. It is now 16 December and no refund or slippers. I live in South Carolina. Totally unacceptable business practice. They have my money and we have nothing except a bad impression of this Canadian business. Please do not do business with this company.
