By Heather from WinnipegAwesome customer serviceI wanted to fix my dishwasher myself - and Gord was so helpful on the phone and ordered me the part, which arrived at their store about 6 hours after I called! I went in to pick it up and Brian showed me exactly how to replace it. No pressure to have a repairperson come out at all. He also shared his knowledge of different types of ranges, as I really want to replace our current unit. Same goes for the chest freezer we have. One of the units they have is just what we want and I will gladly purchase from and support this local company in the -hopefully near - future! Thanks again Gord and Brian! After I paid them Neil the owner hung up on me when I called to have the machine repaired or to have my money returned. The repair person told me that for approximately $200 my washer would be fixed. He never fixed the machine, it's still in my basement banging away. He returned 7 times. Each time he refused to take the machine apart but spent his time adjusting feet. Finally I called an 8th time and Bains just hung up on me. If you want EXTREME FRUSTRATION AND TO GET RIPPED OFF by an appliance repair service call Bains on Archibald in Winnipeg MB.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
