Was told to pick up our "expletive" machine. Went to get it next day only to find out he had done the repairs without authorization and we HAD to pay or he would hold vacuum and call police. The place is a dump and the old guy should retire. He is the real crook when he forces people to pay for unauthorized repairs. DO NO GO THERE!!!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
