The first step is to assess and explain the cause of your signs and symptoms. Your results will be more achievable once you fully understand the cause of your pain, why and how the treatment plan will be implemented and how you can progress it with your given homecare. Following the initial assessment your practitioner will apply treatment to alleviate pain, restore function and promote tissue healing. Your practitioner will then take the time to explain activities you can do at home to help speed up recovery and to maintain optimal function.
