By Christophe from VictoriaTerrible Property ManagerI had a terrible experience with Brian Lawless and Town and Country Realty LTD. He is the property manager for the owner of my neighbours’ house. This house is being rented out. The current renters broke the fence between our two properties and refuse to fix it. I called Brian several times so that he can take care of this issue. It has been 5 months now that the fence was broken and that Brian said he would call someone to fix it. 5 months and still nothing fixed - His excuse is that the fixer is very busy ! (I call him every two weeks to get updates on the situation) - After 5 months maybe it is time to call someone else to take care of it, but Brian does not seem to care too much. Anyway I find him slow, He does not call you back, and just ignore what you are saying or try to avoid the issue you when you call and can finally speak to him.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
