Blueridge Warmbloods is located in the Town of Blue Mountains, near the village of Banks. The farm is 25 acres and sits atop the Niagara Escarpment, an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The area is famous as a four seasons vacation spot and Blueridge Warmbloods is a just a stone's throw away from popular tourist destinations such as Scenic Caves and the Bruce Trail. The new facility features: - 70' x 210' indoor riding arena - 80' x 220' outdoor sand arena - 60' round pen with 6' high panels - Six 12' x 12' box stalls and two 10' x 12' box stalls - Wash rack with hot water - Rubber matted grooming area - Heated viewing lounge and tack room - Clean modern bathroom - Heated feed and blanket storage room - Winter paddocks with drainage in high traffic areas to reduce mud - Large well maintained summer pastures - Safe well maintained fencing Full indoor board is offered and includes daily stall cleaning, group or individual turnout, 4 hay feedings and 2 grain feedings a day.
