By Boogaloo from VancouverPerfectly like the neighborhoodRented at much higher price than its worth. $650/month. There is no factual internet connection as such. A puter tech shown me that it appear to be the left-over of a shared cell phone connection. I had to buy a USB WiFi to connect to Roger' network. I don't expect the owner to reduce my rent of $100.00. Vancouver is no place for tourism, no affordable rooms... There is no mop and no broom available for tenants, just the janitor. The rooms are all very small, 10X12 at most. No laundry washer or dryer, need to go at the other place on East Hasting if one accept to pay $2.25 to wash and $2.25 for drying. The owner is the same as on East Hasting, the infamous street block. But for now, didn't see or heard any rats or mice as in the case of their Est Hasting place. I heard the some welfare tenants have better prices.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
