By Jules from Vancouver(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)DO NO GO HERE - SHADY - SHRINK CLOTHESDO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CLOTHES. I sent 4 silk items to Yaletown Drycleaners to be DRYCLEANED. All four items came back 4-6 inches shorter and the colors were completely faded. Upon making a $3000 claim, they sent my clothes to an "independant lab" for testing and miraculously it came back in their favor, I tried on one item to show them and although it was a bit longer than when I left it with them due to them trying to stretch my clothes back to size, but by doing that, they just busted the seams which mean they are also busted. The guy that works there claims he is a lowly worker with no authority or anything...aka no manager of this store. Head office is back East so I guess that is where the manager is. THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS WITH SHADY PEOPLE RUNNING IT.-
