This is an incredibly unprofessional business and I feel bad for anyone who has the unfortunate position of doing business or leasing from them. I have been trying to get an issue solved for the past 5 months and they still refuse to deal with it. It's not that they don't have time, they just wont deal with it. I strongly advise against SMD Realty Advisors Ltd.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
