    I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Stan's Transmission in Vancouver - thanks to Jim. I needed a VW Eurovan transmission and my Eurovan runs beautifully now. Jim is all about putting his customers first and ensuring they leave happy. Their customer service carries on long after the job is done. Jim -- Thank you for all the time you took to explain things so that I could understand what needed to be done to get the best result.

    a wonderful experience
    Stan's Transmission Centre just rebuilt my 2001 Ford Focus transmission for me. The owner (Jim) gave me the most amazing customer service I have ever received in my 30 years of car repair history. I was very pleased with the process and the price. I was able to accompany Jim as he test drove my car, then when the transmission was apart he invited me back to look at it and show me the worn out parts. Gerard at the front desk also made my experience very rewarding. They treated me like royalty. I have taken my Ford to Key West Ford to be serviced for the past ten years and now I know how much better a small business can be for both my emotional and financial well being. I highly recommend this business. My dad will be taking his car there too.
