I rented 4 princess movies for my daughter Saturday but after dinner we did not have time to watch any of them. So Sunday we were going to have a princess marathon, first movie we got about half way through and the movie stopped. We couldn't skip past that was the end of that, VERY frusterating to say the least and try explaining that to a 2 year old grrrrr. Second movie same deal but only 15 minutes in again I wanted to pull my hair out!
I go back to the store not wasting anytime and the 3rd and 4th videos. The women had tremendous attitude focusing only on the fact that I didn't bother to try the last 2?? Really!? Why would I? I didn't waste my time arguing with her rudeness. So I excepted her store credit and left. It was just too bad that their policy is to only give store credit for the type of movies rented I was not upgraded to a blue ray rental for the first two I can not use the store credit to buy anything or even rent games.
Next time ill save my time money and gas and rent from VOD, not to mention save myself my unwanted ATTITUDE!
