When I had come into to arrange for the insurance, they tried to up sell me and made it very difficult to understand the most economic straight forward plan to choose.
Once came time to make the cancellation. I had given them a weeks notice that I needed my plan to be cancelled. I was assisted by Lindy Cheung, an insurance broker at that location. Despite my legal notice to cancel my insurance, a withdrawal still happened 3 business days later. Upon contact Lindy Cheung to find out why this had happened. She kept interrupting me rudely. She said she was "in the middle of something" and would have to call me back. When she did she told me that I would have to call the "insurance people" to find out why they "took my money."
Lindy Cheung has miserably failed me as a broker given that a broker acts as a middle man making sure everything goes smoothly.
Things did not go smoothly, I was charged overdraft by my bank on top of it and they couldn't care less.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
