By sx from VancouverSTAY AWAY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!STAY AWAY!!! This dentist put a retainer in for my child. This dentist doesn’t care about his patients at all. And just because we chose not to have my son take another x-ray (my son didn’t take one too long ago), his whole attitude changed; maybe because he couldn’t charge me extra. He then tells me not to ask him any questions and that he won’t answer anymore of my questions from now on. He then points and YELLS at me telling me not to return to the office when my son needs to take the retainer off because he won’t help me. Throughout this whole incident, I find that the most disturbing thing is that my child had to see all of this. My child is now horrified of the Dental offices. My son was so scared, that he would not speak till after leaving the dental office. I think my child was very traumatized by this incident. Before this incident, I have already found him very unprofessional and his attitude towards his patients is unacceptable. During our office visits, he is always chatting away with the dental assistant and making rumors of other patients that visited him before us in front of my child and I. He would keep talking to his dental assistant throughout the whole session in the office. A complaint has been filed against this doctor at the College of Dental Surgeons of BC (CDSBC).No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
