Chris came when he said, he was nice, and fast, he fixed my very old oven fast, which is why he recieves 2 stars from me, he then gave me my price of 152 and i sent an emt providing the security answer 5 times, and off he went, i asked for the invoice he told me he would send a few days later he said he would send, then he asked for the security answer, i told him i was waiting for invoice to know what i was paying for exactly, he asks me to call so i do and he tells me how busy he is and how im wasting time, in my eyes he was pretty disrespectful, he spoke for 5 'minutes but couldnt verbally tell me what i was paying when requested, i was in no way refusing to pay, i sent the money and provided the answer, all in all, nice in person experience, with unprofesional conversation afterward and refusal to provide a bill and demanding of payment before i could receive a bill, i recommended chris to 2 people after he left, then advised not to use him afterwards
