By JAMES from Prince Georgeshans bad service review of my companydear Shan i am very sorry that u had a problem here! in no way shape or form was it intentional but i do like the way u never let me get a word in at all when we spoke on the phone to explain the situation that had occured. its always wonderful when someone posts or tells others their side only. this is not a retraction of your review this is the other side hopefully with no exclusions but i am sure u will not remember it this way at all. first yes we had texted on cell phone regarding the rims not tires for your corolla i was at a cougar hockey game when we texted about them. unknown to me one of the other counter men had already sold them. days before we spoke or texted yes it was a mistake i was not notifed of this. i found out late thursday afternoon just before the start of the long weekend. during the long weekend i had lots planned with my family and forgot to text u about this that sunday i was presented with a gift from my son the spring flu or cold virus. i still came into work to open up at that point i even told the guys to double check for some other rims for u but i had mistakenly remembered that i had till tuesday to get them ready for u. again i was sick with the flu. later that day i was called that u were in the office and very upset. at this point i was not there in person to verify how it all went. but i did try and i will repeat that try to talk to u and explain the situation and before i could tell u that i would find some replacements for u from one of the other local recyclers u shut me down. u shut me down verbally and were not overly nice about it in any way shape or form, again i was not in the office to verify how the staff handled things before u and i had that brief non conversation. i would like to take the time to state, it was not intentional, i am very happy for u that u have never made a mistake that was very small and in no way life threatening, i really dont think this was the way it shouldhavebeen handledbutsobeitYes, I would recommend this to a friend
By shan from Prince georgeCustomer Reviewworst service I have ever received in the history of ever, this company has ignorant and inconsiderate staff, I had one staff member take my cell phone number and communicate with me to pick up tires, went to pick them up and was told that they were sold, total Miscummincation between the staff and yet it got turned around that it was my problem. horrible way to run a company and put it on the customer when I was told to pick them up. would never recommend anyone going here, I've gone twice and both times huge Miscommunication and nobody knows what's going on.. worst service in town-
