History Taste the difference When Classico Louie’s Pizzeria opened 22 years ago, our vision was simple: Serve Toronto and specifically North Toronto pizza lovers an authentic pizza made only with the finest of fresh ingredients – and above all, make the taste mouth-watering, unique and memorable so visitors return and recommend us to friends and relatives. So, we created a one-of-a-kind, thin-crust, hot and delicious pizza that offers a unique taste unlike those from the large pizza chains, restaurants or the so-called “gourmet” shops. We achieved this, in large part, by making all of our pizzas with Durum Semolina Crust rolled in Cornmeal. The result?
