By Nadine from MontréalA complete rip offI used them to repair my ac. They overcharged me for unnecessary and unrequested cleaning of the unit and for materials like tape. I even had to pay for the trainee that come along with the technician. They seem to be used to receiving complaints. When I called the manager to complain, the technician had already called him. I wish I had read the other reviews first.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
