They will stand by their technicians before providing their customers with 100% satisfaction guarantee. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere for HVAC technicians as the owner keeps her incompetent employees happy and ignores her customers.As for the Manager he is very ignorant.As for one of the technician's he is a liar & his quality of work is very poor. If you want your job done properly stay away from G.Little Group(GLE).No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
