    The owner woman was vey rude and aggressive.
    I will not recommend this shop to anybody!!!. The owner woman in her fifties is extremely rude and aggressive. She was yelling and screaming at me for her own fault. I grabbed a painkiller at her store and noticed at the cashier that the price was 3 times higher than regular stores. I didn't complain to her about the price nor gave her a bad look. However, just because she noticed disappointment on my face, she didn't give me the right amount of change. When I went back to her to get the right amount of my change, instead of apologizing to me the woman was yelling and screaming at me, "It is a small store, that's why the price is expensive. You don't like it? Then go to a different shop!! I never made this kind of mistake before". Obviously, this woman has absolutely no professionalism, but the only thing she could do was yelling and screaming at her customer despite the fact that she was at fault. The woman doesn't seem to know what business ethics are all about. Just because she owns a small shop, and there are no competitors around her, doesn't mean she could jack up the price as high as she wants. I would never go back to this shop again, and I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there either. The good thing is that now there are many shops available over there to go instead like Shoppers Drug Mart etc.
