Often (not always) he beats the price of many of the big chain shops. It's a small shop so limited inventory but Jim will always order it in for you often by the next day depending on where the part is coming from. A great service business handy to our community.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Extremely rude, he acts like his customers are a huge annoyance for him. I'll NEVER return there, instead I'll drive 20mins to Duncan.-
