Manufactures of Smoker Barbecue Grill units. Six models available sized to serve a single family up to a large function attended by several hundred guests. All units use the reverse flow principle of cooking utilizing smoke and heat from a wood fire to provide unique flavour to meat and vegetables. Units are constructed from 1/4 inch or thicker heavy steel components welded together.
