By Louise from Langley(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewWent to get bcaa as we were driving to a horse show in Idaho,wanted to make sure if we needed to be towed or had a flat tire we could get help for our truck and horse trailer.They assured me I was covered. Hoping not to have to use it but have piece of mind that I had it as my husband wasn't going on this trip.On our way home from Idaho the Temperature got to the high 30s and a tire on our horse trailer shredded, luckily we were close to a rest stop and pulled off.I phoned BCAA and waited 5 minutes before my call was answered and was informed that I wasn't covered for them to change a tire on my trailer and they could send someone but I would have to pay for it! I am extremely annoyed as I made it clear at bcaa what I needed and repeated it more than once!Thank goodness there's good ppl out there that helped us so we could get our horse on the road and out of the stiffleing heat in the parking lot. What a waste of my money! Don't bother getting Bcaa cause they don't help when you need it!!!!!-
