Since under going new management over year ago now. The safety concerns for residents have been poorly met. Even more so since they've been doing repairs and major construction on all buildings including major reno on pipe lines for water. Ph balance is far below normal. Leaving residue and smells from all drains. Etc.. Definitely not child friendly as construction crew does very little on clean up or secureing any major harmful areas.To prevent injury. Leaveing things unsecured on roof tops and nails, scrap materials and garbage behind.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
