By Ryan from BrantfordCustomer ReviewThis is one of the best, most knowledgable shops I have ever had the chance to use, and it's run by some of the most generous people I have ever been fortunate enough to meet! I live in Brantford, and my 1973 Chevy Impala (which I have painted to look similar to the 1963 Batmobile, for kids parties) died in the middle of the Cambridge Centre parking lot on Saturday at 3:30pm, leaving me, my wife and two kids (8&5) stuck for over an hour while I was calling every shop I could find on Google for help. Too many times I was told "sorry, we're closing." quickly followed with "no, we can't stay open 10 minutes for you to get here." At least 10 cars stopped to yell "nice car!" and take a picture, then drive off, even though my hood was up and I was clearly not having a good time. Suddenly, around 4:30pm, this car stopped, the driver asked if I was ok, and then after listening to the car for only about 30 seconds he pinpointed the problem as being the distributor. He then proceeded to spend the next 3 hours trying to repair my car in the parking lot, after hours, after 5pm, and while he was on his was to a BBQ. After 3 hours and countless trips back and forth from the mall to his garage, and when it turned out to be the 1/1,000,000 problem that he said it could end up being, he then swapped his car for his truck and flatbed and towed my car to his shop, where he swapped out the faulty part and had me back up and running within 20 minutes. This was by far the best "bad experience" I have ever had with my car, and I cannot possibly thank James and his wife enough!-
