The current owners, Danny and Nicky Manson, took over the business from family members in 2010 and are extremely proud of the reputation that they have within the Kelowna area and throughout the Okanagan. Prior to, Danny was an Executive Chef in the British Army and has over 30 years of experience of diverse and international catering.
