I proceeded to drive out there to get my groceries. As I walked through the door (at 10:08), I picked up a basket and started shopping. After a brief moment, I was confronted by an employee, stating that I had to leave because they recently adjusted their closing time to 10pm. At that time, I informed the worker that I just drove all the way there because the Duncan Superstre web page stated that they were open to 11pm, to which she acknowledged. "I know, we just haven't changed the site yet". The most frustrating part for me was that I only had 1 quick item to purchase and people were still waiting in line at the till. What could have taken them one minute to resolve their own mistake, ended up costing me much more in time and gas. Superstore: You have lost my patronage in both personal and business. As one who had been in customer service for over 15 years, I would never treat my clients that way.-
