QB is LOCAL | HAND-CRAFTED | FRESH. A collection of desserts, gelato, coffee and baked goods. We are a family owned, local operated business, born out of a passion for simple, made-from-scratch food. Hand-crafted daily in our kitchen in small batches, we use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients (where possible), and never use artificial colors, artificial flavours or preservatives. We believe in creating a high quality product, and serving it in a fun and engaging environment. Come and enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea (both available ICED), share a dessert with your favorite gelato or dairy-free sorbet or some baked goods for home… all in a modern, inviting cafe.
