    I wish to acknowledge the supreme exceptional service and personableness of my experience at Mister Tire, Cranbrook BC. Driving from Nelson, my car was "fishtailing" when the brake was applied!! I was extremely distressed when I pulled into Mister Tire on July 11th. AJ Wheaton, Jim Storm and Steve Rance were so supportive, knowlegeable and thorough. The broken control arm was repaired efficiently and timely. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service! With sincere thanks!!--- Lois Spizawka
