I have never left a negative feedback, but I have to tell my experience. I went to here to do the out of province inspection. After inspection, they screwed me that I need to pay more than 1000 dollar to repair to pass the inspection. They said all my brake rotors, two rear shocks and two rear calliper need to changed. I asked “could I buy parts by myself”. They said:”I suggest no, we got more discount from part stores”. Then I asked ”could you write down the brand name of the parts”, they said no and explained they got good parts only. Then I requested to write down the price for parts and labor seperately. They said we don’t have time right now and they will figure out and call me back. Finally, I said I need the car recent days, so I have to drive my car back to home. They were surprised that I didn’t left my car to their shop to replace these parts. Listen, they don’t provide a report to me, just write down which parts need to replace and the total price. Although the inspection failed, they should provide a report to me. I have just changed two rear motors with good brand about 9 months ago. Before moving to Vancouver, I got my car inspected in Canadian Tire for two times to make sure safety. So I suspected their inspection and took my car to another shop. I’m surprised to find that my car don’t need to change anything. Another shop passed my inspection and said my car everyting is sturdy. They provided a formal inspection and it clearly says the two rear motors has 80% life. This was a horible experience. I cannot believe Vancouver has such dishonest person. Please keep away from them.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
