Since 1973, the Wetaskiwin Community Learning Program (WCLP) has been helping people with literacy and learning. Our programs are designed to meet a variety of learning needs for adults as well as for families. The Society for the Promotion of the English Language and Literacy (SPELL), incorporated in 1991, is the governing board for the WCLP.
