    These girls aren't associates, they're now my friends.
    I am a regular customer at this location. I have loved Ricki's/Bootlegger for years now and the service continues to amaze me! The girls there are so polite and helpful. I highly recommend everyone shopping at this location. I've had associates mess up on purchases and call me personally to return and fix that issue. I've had a horrible experiences at other Rickis or Bootlegger and I have never had that happen in Spruce Grove. A lot of the staff may be young, however, they are mature and jump at the chance to help all their customers.

    Absolute worst service ever, 4 teenager girls talking ignoring everyone in the store, I had to put all my own clothes away, walk out half naked to find smaller sizes, they ignored me when I went to the register. I cried when I left, I don't get to shop often and when I do I expect help especially when buying expensive professional clothing, I shouldn't have to run out of the change room 3 times to get different sizes while four girls stand around gossiping. I will never return and it is my mission that spruce grove is aware at the disgusting service at its only professional female clothing store
