I was driving from my cabin to the swimming pool when I heard a strange sound. In an emergency appointment, Kyle was able to quickly diagnose the problem. I told Kyle that I needed to return to Edmonton, so he came in on his day off to fix my truck. When a part came in wrong, Kyle actually drove to Edmonton to get the right part. I have never had an automotive company bend over backwards the way that Kyle at Teds did. I would completely recommend this shop to anyone.

I called 2 hours ago to have my brakes looked at. I had no brake pad left. Could have been a very dangerous situation. Amanda booked me right in, once i got to the shop Kyle looked at my car . They then did up a estimate with me got my parts delivered and in about an hour i was on my way. Great turn around of Teds Automotive. !! 5 stars !!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
