Mtre Salis' main areas of practice include domestic and cross border wills and estate planning through the use of domestic and international trusts with an emphasis on taxation and creditor protection. Mtre Salis' practice also includes estate settlement, commercial and residential real estate transactions and non-contentious proceedings such as probate, institution of protective supervision and homologation of mandates in the anticipation of incapacity.
Prior to establishing his own law firm, Mtre Salis was an associate at Altro Levy where he practiced sophisticated domestic and cross border estate planning for high net worth clients. Prior to being a Notary, Mtre Salis was an associate at a Montreal law firm where he practiced as an attorney in the areas of civil litigation, corporate law, real estate law and successions. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal in 2002. In addition, Mr. Salis returned the University of Montreal to complete his Notarial Post-Graduate Studies in 2006. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from McGill University in 1999.
