By E. from Grande PrairieUnimpressed and FrustratedI only chose this centre because it was the only one in town that my insurance said had warranty on their body work. Things were fine at first and after waiting 4 weeks I went to pick up my vehicle to find that it had been in another accident under the company's supervision. After 6 more weeks and much frustration later I was told my vehicle was ready. It was not by any means up to standards - there were white patches of wax or product all over the car which stayed aggressively on the black plastic portions of my vehicle, pieces were already coming loose and upon taking it back weren't fixed. My vehicle was not properly aligned when I got it back, they had disconnected my command start, the vehicle was not cleaned to standards (worst filth I've ever seen under the hood of my car and it was clean when it went into the shop). Also they left me with no gas (when I never let the vehicle get below 1/2 tank). They failed to replace my windshield washer fluid reservoir, which I eventually had to get the Toyota dealership to do. They also left me with a bummed battery because my vehicle died 3 times within having it back the first 3 days leaving me stranded (this they did replace on my insistence). Then just the other day when I had locked myself out of the vehicle I went to retrieve my hide a key (which I know was on the vehicle up to 5 days before the accident) it was not there. It was on an area that they had repaired for the second accident. When I called to inquire about the gentleman was a complete jerk and told me that it was my problem and not theirs, to which I was much frustrated because I will have to pay the dealership to have a new one cut. Overall a terrible experience. Some of the work that they did was good quality, but as I had mentioned there are some plastic parts that are already coming loose. I will never return or recommend this company.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
